Terry Hunt, President & Developer

Terry has been developing commercial properties in the tri-county area for over 30 years.  TL and his staff have primarily been in the mini storage business since 1980.  The trade name of the mini business is: United Self Mini Storage and all of these facilities are in the Tampa Bay area.  Terry has also developed and built Office/Warehouse complexes.  Currently, United Business Park is being developed which includes the TL Hunt Inc. corporate office and a host of first class tenants.  The TL Hunt companies have survived the recent economy downturn and are poised to reach out for more successful businesses in the years to come.  Terry currently resides in his Tarpon Springs home that he built more than 20 years ago and also maintains a second home in Durango, CO.

KatieGoff

Katie Goff, Executive Vice President

Katie has been with the TL Hunt team since 2010 and has 10 years of previous experience in the residential and commercial real estate market.  Katie operates all entities within established policies, develops and implements operational policies, monitors job cost reports, and ensures all companies are meeting current and future needs.  Katie monitors financial statements for all entities, negotiates leases/contracts and is a member of the board of directors for the United Business Park Condominium Association, Inc. Katie is part of the property management team for all entities and remains active in the local Chamber of Commerce as well as Pinellas and Hillsborough County Economic Development Committees.

Bucky

H.W. Fleming aka “Bucky”, Vice President

H.W. has been Terry’s right hand man since they were in the 6th grade together in Evansville, IN.  Bucky has extensive knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial real estate development.  Bucky oversees all job sites and is responsible for managing vendors, sub-contractors, job costs, and all governmental affairs.  Bucky currently resides in Odessa, in a home he built more than 30 years ago.

Jason Bartel, Operations Manager

Jason joined the TL Hunt Inc. team in 2012 and his background includes: Electrical, HVAC, as well as general maintenance and construction. Jason has a variety of responsibilities and duties . He organizes, coordinates, and supervises the work of the subcontractors and employees on construction projects. He determines work priorities and coordinates work activities within the design area and/or with others outside of the office. Jason collaborates with administrators on the supervision of all work operations exercises control over rate of construction progress in order to complete construction project within time limits; schedules jobs and operations.

Kevin Casteel, Director of Finance

Mr. Casteel serves as the Financial Director for all TL Hunt entities. He manages all aspects of the corporate accounting department and assists with project financing and office development activities. Prior to joining TL Hunt Inc. in 2013, Mr. Casteel was the Financials Services Manager and Accounting Manager for one of the fastest growing Real Estate Management companies in Atlanta, Georgia. He acquired his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Kennesaw State University. He has a minor in Business Management and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. Kevin strives to bring a standard of excellence to the industry by adhering to a strict code of ethics and integrity.

LenaHunt

Lena Hunt, Marketing Director/Personal Assistant

Lena handles oversees marketing, advertising and promotional activities. Lena establishes marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Lena maintains office systems, including data management and filing; screening phone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate; meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority; making appointments; dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager; carrying out background research and presenting findings; producing documents, reports and presentations; organizing and attending meetings while ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings; and carrying out specific projects and research.
